Shoulder Exercise

Begin this exercise the DAY AFTER your Bowen treatment and do the exercise at least once per day for a week.

Perform the exercise beginning with the BETTER side first.

Rotate each arm within the comfort range six times in each direction - clockwise and then counter clockwise.

The size of the circles can be increased as the range of movement increases.
