Hamstring Exercise


Begin this exercise the DAY AFTER your Bowen treatment and do the exercise at least once per day for a week.


On the looser side first, place your toes on the floor behind you.


Swing your leg up as high as is comfortable straightening the knee until it locks (only straighten knee if not in pain)


Then drop feet towards floor (neutral position).


Next, raise the same knee to your waist, then return toes to the floor behind you (the start position).


Perform this movement six times on the first leg, followed by six times on the other leg.
